Burst Services from Adkriti
I ran an ad through Burst Services, and their customer support is the worst. When they need to get payment, they call you 10 times a day, but when you try to reach them, they don’t even pick up. I was associated with Nikita Tandel, and she keeps lying every time, saying she’s on sick leave and never calls back. I even emailed them my concerns, but they are not taking them seriously. Personally, I would suggest not wasting your money on them.
Money wasted
This is literally the worst platform to do lead generation, I will explain how. Currently I have spent a total of approx 50,000INR with ad running for developments in Indore and Dubai . 1. Average cost per lead is absolutely horrible. For indore development it is - 300 - same ad creative cost per lead doubled. For Dubai development it is - 500 - the whole ad was promoted in the wrong area so eventually no leads were used. MONEY WASTED HERE. 2. Team response is absolutely horrible. The whole team keeps blaming each other for blunders they make . No leadership or accountability in the team. They will never listen to your problems and improve anything. 3. My ad information was incorrectly posted after mentioning on text and call to confirm before posting but still it was posted . I was sent a screenshot from developer for wrong info ad running. This affected my business adversely. Extremely extremely frustrating and horrible services. I highly recommend no one uses this app . This company leadership needs to change or the company need to shut down, you are wasting peoples money and cheating them. I never write reviews man, but I am so frustrated that I felt it is my duty to make other people aware to not use Adkrity.

Business growth
I've been using the Adkrity app for over a year, and the customer service is excellent. The team is incredibly helpful during business hours, promptly resolving all issues. Initially, setting up Meta ads was time-consuming, but Adkrity efficiently solved all my problems. I particularly appreciate their end-to-end service and CRM capabilities, which have made managing my advertising campaigns much smoother and more effective I hope they continue to enhance their services in the future.

This is just a gimmick…. You don’t get any leads… waste of money…. Please don’t use the app….
No service after money deducted
All 5 star reviews are their own people, Please don’t give them money it’s totally wast of money and time they stopped answering calls after payment is done and if they do they will say they will call back in a minute and never does. Sales person just say only one line Team se bat ker k batati hu and never calls back,
