I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t give me an option not to track me when I load and sign on to the app - it won’t allow me to say no. I have to accept it to proceed. No thanks - I just want info on my insurance not to be tracked. Even if I can subsequently amend I want the option when I sign on to choose not to be tracked.

It’s been a pain to use for so long. Now I can’t even login. They seem to be phenomenally good at taking money but absolutely useless at technology development. Stuck on a white screen hang page after clicking login on countless occasions. It’s seems pointless even having the app now. The thing just DOESN’T WORK

Having purchased a Home insurance policy, I downloaded the app to service this product. The experience within this app is abysmal and for that reason alone I would find another insurer. Janky transitions and just a generally terrible experience, Admirals best choice would be to decommission the app and provide a web only experience. And just to ratify my opinion, I’ve used a number of other insurance apps before and NEVER had an experience this painful.

Unfortunately this app runs like it was developed by a uk company. Unable to buy travel insurance again due to the app crashing or just freezing and then crashes 20sec later. Continues to fail after restarting. iPhone 15 pro max.

If i had to describe with one word its terrible the app is not app at all its just moving u to their site but instead of using google or safari its their app but thats not even the worst part the 2nd thing there is no chat support i try to use their chat support which is ai then agent which didint even care about my problem he just say call that number which i did and after i call them about my claim they ask me bunch of questions and after all of that the agent say its all right i m gonna do whatever i can about it thats all and then he close after 2 days i receive email that i didint call them about my claim and they are going to cancel the claim or my insurance if i don’t call them in 7 days this just show how bad their customer service is i was not the one who start the claim at first place not only they start their claim on their own buy they also wanted to charge me for something which was a minor scratch on my car ye my car and the guy who park wrong didint make any problems about it but admiral decided by themselves that was claim worthy accident just perfect wasting my time money and make me hate my life even more

There is a false promise of a reduced car insurance premium based on your driving performance - I have found this not to be the case and I am bitterly disappointed that, after months of tracking my location, I did not receive a discount in return (in spite of having consistently good scores). If you value your privacy, don’t let this app track you, it’s not worth it. Other than this, a good app with good functionality.

I love the idea of the app, I very much doubt it would reduce your premiums, but well can all hope! I’m sure it’s just used for data they can use or sell. My big concern was how does it know if I’m driving or if I’m a passenger? The answer is you can select after if you are the ✅driver ✅passenger ✅bus ✅other Just click feed back and the option is there.

The whole point of an app is convenience. Why then, having set up an account, do I have to enter a password to access it???

Tried multiple times, even used a secure password created by my phone, still didn’t work
