You have to constantly log in with your details and the details never work and you have to reset the password to go in and then again the next time. Why can’t the app just keep you logged in!

Please fix your password field at registration, keeps on rejecting what I’m entering even though it meets the criteria you have set.

Does not work for travel insurance policies

I had a very disappointing experience with Admiral Insurance, and I feel obligated to warn others about their services. In my opinion, they are not a reliable company. If you’re considering buying insurance from Admiral, I strongly advise you to think twice. Based on my experience, their practices are not up to standard, and there are likely better, more reliable options available. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Good insurance provider, good offers

I called about a claim and was 'handed over' 8 times!! In the end I just had to hang up as it was clear they were just messing me about

Can’t even add things on my policy without having to speak to someone, they keep giving me false promises that I can but for years its never worked even online on a pc

Can’t even register. After several attempts to meet the overly complicated password requirements it then comes up with an error code! Incredibly frustrating and annoying. Sort it out Admiral! It’s nearly 2025 for goodness sake!

This app is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Some aspects of this app are good, like My Trips. However, it keeps logging me out without warning, and doesn’t provide the correct links.
