The app are need u to collect falcons to reach level, on each level you get an rewards , so each falcon worth 75 AED , when I fuel my car with 300 AED , i get only one falcon worth, so adnoc treats the person who’s pay 75 as same as the one who’s pay 300 , how is that rewarding ? Im confused and hate the idea of this.

It’s seems the app has issues need to be rectified i couldn’t register and create my login because couldn’t scan my Id, as an option you need to add upload id so uses can have 2 options. Or connect it with uae pass.

At first i was really happy and interested to use the application as the benefits and use seems easy and amazing at first glance.

but after using it for a bit i noticed a crucial issue that is happening where when my family that is linked to my account when using my wallet it wont give me falcon point which is very important to move from categories blue > silver > gold > platinum   

and now 1 month has passed where my case is opened from 4th of august to resolve this issue. all i hear is they are working on it and some tell me they cannot give me back what was already missed.

nothing is solved up to today.

UI is not simple, feels outdated. EV charger set up of locating is unnecessarily difficult. Could simply be integrated with google maps. EV stations are regularly not working. The app doesn't show u that the station us faulty. So you can it rely on them or the app

For a company as big and prestigious as ADNOC, my experience was way below expectations. Using Adnoc EV chargers was the worst charging experience I’ve ever had with my car, one time the app says no bank card is linked, another time it says the charger does not recognize the vehicle, other times it says this could take up to 30 seconds, but nothing happens. As if the app is doing its best not to allow you to charge despite paying money for charging. By far the worst charging experience I’ve ever had.

I was going from rak to abu dhabi just now. Coz of high humidity my side windows are not visible. I ask the worker ( who refueling my car) to wipe it with request. He said i dont have wiper. I said its ok take my tissue. He did it. Minutes after while my car still refueling i out to wipe by myself as he didnt wipe proper. He told me quick to move my car. I told him with respect just 10 seconds sir. I will wipe and go. But he said no. Go now. And he continue saying no go now go now. So i move. 
I will say that. Sorry adnoc even i am a little part. But u loose your 5 years continue/frequent costomet who refill everyday minimum 200+
