This app has been indispensable for the multitude of uses it provides me. I haven’t tried many others but this one was the most seamless and versatile. Consistent and predictable features and function make it part of my daily workflow.

Thiefs and ZERO customer service

These people are stealing money, i activated the trial and i didn’t even use it, i emailed them to cancel during the trial, the email bounced back saying the in ix is full!! I logged in and canceled the plan and it worked. Few days layer i saw a charge of $30, i said it’s fine not worth it they charge a month bcause i ise the trial, next month i saw anothe $30 charge, i logged in again and cancelled the plan, not it says $130 for cancellation!!!!! No phone numner to call No email to complain Live chat when they know you want to cancel before discribing the issue the support leaves the chat (rude) You chat and say i want to buy product they chat with you fast, then say you want to cancel, they leave the chat righ away These people are stealing money and i will call my bank to report my visa is lost to stop these thiefs from pulling money from my account

I can not easily change the title of files

Too difficult to convert files and pics

Mostly a mess.

Changed requirements on iPads. Not easy to access at all..

The worst pdf reader/editor on iOS

As title says … I’m editing this comment a year after. Still zero star. At least see what other apps do! (Like pdf expert). The writing experience on pdf files are awful. Like elementary apps 10 years ago! Erasing what you write is another level bad. How did you manage to make a bad app like this? Share your secrets ;)
