Shambles When converting word file which was converted to pdf I wanted to convert back and all changed

Website Safety security PDF for all connections.
Not as good as previous signing Adobe app, because some documents sent did not have signatures on it
Signature wasn’t on the Document even we had signed it, when we reopen the same document, the app have bug, it shown an empty grey page. Pls fix it Adobe.
