Great and stable application at your finger tips

Won’t save to OneDrive

Hard2Wow on

United Kingdom

I wanted to purchase this software for PC to integrate with the mobile app. After the ability to save to OneDrive in July 2024 stopped working on the mobile apps, I feel the pain for those unlucky enough to be stuck in a contract and despite Adobe being aware of the situation and releasing updates the main functionality of saving your work in this instance still has not been fixed as I write this in January 2025, some 6 months later. I have seen it mentioned in Adobe Community and have also contacted customer services where I was just passed from pillar to post with no one wishing to take the lead in solving the problem but instead asking to sign up to a paid version to see if that fixes the problem. (Myself having explained that it is well documented in their community pages that the bug is exactly the same for them). The software is great otherwise and so therefore a real shame.

You cant mirror pdf???

Bananamangos on

What a ridiculous app. £70 a year subscription and i cant mirror a pdf. In the year 2025 i cant find an app that lets me flip a pdf.

Not userfriendly at all

I find online pdf editors much better than this reader which only asks for money.

I’ve just combined two files in Adobe because I couldn’t achieve what I wanted in Word. It was quick and easy. 😀

What’s Changed?!

50F2 on

United Kingdom

This used to be so good for opening, reading and signing documents and now my Adobe and new documents won’t open at all. The dialog boxes just say there’s been a problem, never advice on how to rectify. It is also always trying to make me upgrade to a) a business account - I’m not a business and b) a subscription - which I neither want nor can afford. What changed?!
