Adrian James: 6 Pack Abs

I’m so disappointed I paid for this app and it was really good now on my new iPhone i downloaded it again and it doesn’t load it I deleted it multiple times and reinstalled it but it just has the image of Adrian James topless but doesn’t load further. Can someone please help me fix the app it’s the best one I’ve used on App Store

Been doing this app for years. Prefect ending of a weight lifting session 👌🏻 would hope for some exercise updates 🤷🏼‍♂️

A really great app with detailed information. It would be great if this would link to the health app so that all the information can be stored and tracked in one place.

And connect to the activity app! Or, am I missing something? Awesome app except those two thingis..

I’ve been doing the challenges more or less non-stop for 30 months now, and although I have no six-pack abs, I have really good core strength. The exercises are varied enough not to get boring but few enough to learn how to do them properly. I’ve recommended it to several friends and colleagues. Unfortunately the new version has changed the function for the custom workout: in the previous version, your program was saved between sessions; now I have to keep a list of in what order I do exercises for this eight-week challenge and input them each time I want to run a workout (which is five times a week). That is quickly beginning to get old!

Abs är absolut inte min starkaste gren, men med denna app har jag fått en nytändning. Övningarna är roligare än vanliga övningar och sakta men säkert känner jag att min mage blir starkare. Är på min första vecka och känner skillnad. Tack så mycket Adrian!!!

Great exercises, perfect tutorials. Have been working out with Adrian's app for 18 months now. It's a daily routine.

The skin color of the guy is clearly different if you look at his stomach.
