ADT Pulse ®

I have been trying to use this app for years and it’s always been slow and not user friendly. I added 4 Z-Wave lights and 1Z-wave switch and have had to reset them multiple times. Resetting them takes about an hour because the app is so slow to respond. Multiple times when I tried going to “manage devices “ it didn’t load. After re-opening the app several times it finally loaded. I have been an ADT customer for over 15 years and I think it’s time to switch to Simply Safe which my friends have been telling me about for 5 years. This app stinks.

It does the job for the most part, but I just don't see how they can have an APP for anyone security system that doesn't have a panic button. There's panic buttons on the keychain (which no one carries with them in their own home), the panel (fixed location), the pad (too big to carry), but not the one thing just about everybody has in their pocket at all times.

Excellent app!

The ADT app has always been clunky. It requires you to have one app for your alarm system, and entirely different app for your home surveillance cameras. That’s always been suboptimal, but we’ve dealt with it. Now, neither of the apps work at all. On this one, I’m unable to log in at all in spite of deleting the app, reinstalling, and confirming that all of my user information is accurate. I just keep getting a note that “the request has timed out”. As a result, this app and the associated service from ADT is entirely useless.

Like it but not working with the latest iOS 18. Please update for Christmas’ travels!!!

Very disappointed that it doesn’t seem to ever retain the password on the watch app. If I have to re-enter the password almost every time, then there’s no point in trying to use it.

I tripped the alarm when I got home and turned it off. The alarm did not get turned off. It was not beeping in the house but still triggered the al company to call the police after 15 minutes of being tripped. Police showed up 30 minutes later. We were not informed by the installer that we needed to register the al so we were not registered with the county sheriffs office. We got fined $90 plus had to pay registration. You guys are not that good and need to get the quality up. I have Simply Safe at my business and their monitoring is fast and accurate. If I don’t hear a response from this review I will be switching companies next year. This is not a warning to you this is a chance to fix whatever problem you are having with your processes
