After buying expensive Adurolight lights you need the app for setup and configuration. Horrible, lamps disconnect remotes disconnect. There is no logical template in the app, completely not user friendly to use. Not even a simple manual or instruction sheet how to use the hub and make settings, you have to find everything out by yourself. It doesn’t have a proper timer to switch off at time. You pay top of the bill for cheap buggy Chinese rubbish in a fancy box, and the worse thing is Adurolight & Eria Smart don’t respond on bugs! Almost 500 euro down the drain.

Wat een rot app. Totaal onoverzichtelijk. Lampen koppelen maar niet. Flut systeem. Heb het nu een jaar en werkt nog steeds niet naar behoren. Zou het iedereen afraden

Inmiddels maak ik al enkele jaren gebruik van deze app. Nog steeds vind ik de app niet zo overzichtelijk. Daarnaast heb ik ook ieder jaar problemen wanneer er over geschakeld wordt van zomer naar wintertijd en andersom. De app houdt dan de oude tijd nog aan. Op dit moment ervaar ik problemen met het koppelen van twee dimmers. daarvoor heb ik al tweemaal support aangevraagd via de mail, maar nog geen antwoord op gehad.
Ook komt het ook best vaak voor, dat één van de apparaten offline is. En daardoor niet te bedienen is.

The app keeps itself busy with updating, but nothing happens. I tried removing the app and installing it again and restarting the phone. It is the same with iPad and iPhone. No idea how to fix it, helpdesk does not respond.
