Every time I have to sign in. Disappointing

Cabin luggage for adults

As a kid I understand what to take and not to. How about what my parents can put in their cabin luggage (Adults)?

A bit slow but otherwise fine

It is a bit slow yes but otherwise works well. Would like the UX during the buying process to allow you to view past choices more easily

One of the worst apps

Never seen an app so slow with so many issues. The main one is the login but if you manage to do so then nothing really works in the app

Do not use

The app is a joke. The login functionality doesn’t always work. If you make a typo in your first or last name when creating the account you are not allowed to change it afterwards (in your aegean account, nit talking about a flight booking). I created an account and booked a flight, I was charged the full amount but the flight data was lost. Had to spend time with customer service via phone to retrieve my flight data.

The login functionality in the app is not working, which is a huge problem and renders the app useless.

One of the worst airlines apps

Its so bad, so user Unfriendly and it never improves. Makes u wonder about the overall quality of aegean airlines.

Fix the app

Bookings don’t load in the app. Issues with the app password to log in. Miles account takes ages with award tickets. You are are great airline but have also a good app, so fix these issues!

One of the worst apps I have used in a while

Loading times are long. I was forced to set up 2 factor and the sms did not work. Had to close the app and try again to set up 2fa via email.
