Useless / Needs reworks

Like their website, impossible to log into your booking. Never works. Doesn’t recognize your booking details so you can’t manage your booking online after purchase. Very inconvenient.

The latest version loses log in information all the time

This version just loses the log in information almost everyday. I would do the 2FA and set up pin/faceid, just for the app to then lose all this information and me needing to log in / input all the information all over again. Rubbish.

Poor seat allocation and up sale pressure

Booked an age ago with my wife and offered seats on separate rows. Very poor. Constant efforts to upsell seats has me very annoyed. Not keen to fly with Aegean again.

Crazy slow

For a company so large the app is useless. Nothing ever loads up, we use the company all the time and have nothing but issues with the app! PLEASE FIX THIS APP

Very poor process

Booking reference not provided clearly and then wouldn’t allow me to check-in all passengers at the same time. Confirmation of check-in then only sends me outbound flight without the connection flight boarding pass! Not good.

Goes too slow!

Fix the God damn stupid app. For god’s sake, it's the slowest app I have seen in my life… It either crashes or keeps loading!
