Not able to access account fully

Keep having to delete the app and reinstall as it doesn’t recognise log in details. Used to work fine but only works for about a week or so then it appears to lose all memory of who I am. Bad enough dealing with my own forgetfulness never mind an artificially intelligent one !!!

This app worked fine for me until it was updated to version 2. Since then I have no longer been able to log in. I have contacted customer support and have been told they were fixing the issues and to wait for a new version. I installed newer versions each time over a 2 year period but each of these have not worked either. I’ve even uninstall the app and reinstalled it but this has made no difference. Same issues. Why it taking so long to fix this app? Really frustrating. I’m using Aegon ’Target Plan’. It used to work on the old version. Rob Barton

Keep getting error when trying to register. Message is “Please try later”. I have, and still can’t register.

I downloaded your app to check the status of my pension easily and conveniently. However, I was disappointed to discover that the app does not clear or blank the screen once I exit the app, unlike my other pension apps. This leaves my pension fund balance on the screen, which poses a serious security and privacy risk. Anyone who has access to my phone can see my personal financial information without my consent. This is unacceptable and I urge you to provide a solution for this issue as soon as possible. I suggest that you add an option for a timer for the app to lock again after a certain period of inactivity, so that I can make an informed choice about how long my financial information is viewable on the screen. Alternatively, you can make the app clear or blank the screen automatically once I exit the app, like other pension apps do.

Every year I get locked out of the app and it stops recognising my login credentials…but the same credentials work fine via the website. Makes the app a bit pointless.

This has to be the least helpful error i’ve ever seen.
