Downloaded the app when prompted and registered. I can login to the website fine with my email address and password. But the same details do not work when I try to login using the app. I’ve tried password reset and can still login to web but not to app.

A few issues with this app. After booking parking it does not show in the app as I have to “manage” it to show my pre booked parking but then it disappears on exiting the app. Also a number of airports have no information on the airport like what is available airside.

After registering as a user, booking a wheelchair is extremely labor intensive, as well as unreliable as it cannot find flights a lot of the times. On return flights leaving Spain it’s hopeless as it won’t let you continue as it cannot find the destination airport. Being that it’s the official app for Spanish Airports, it needs a lot of work, especially if you are disabled.

I downloaded this app for help/info on VAT refunds in the airport, after being directed to it from Aena’s website. It didn’t help at all. It seems to want to collect a lot of personal data about me. I will delete this app immediately.

Don’t use, they take your money and don’t issue entrance. Joke company.

I think the people who made this app have never used or seen an app before. It's clunky and doesn't work very at all.

Almost missed my flight because of this app because you need to download it on bad WiFi to get access to the “Fast Lane”. Then it requires to set up an account, insert address, telephone number, wait for the confirmation email… NO APPLE PAY!! People buy the fast lane because they are in a rush… don’t make them go through a 10min set up process when you could just accept card or cash at the desk! Airport: Barcelona BCN
