## AEP Texas Reviews in United States

### **--- "AEP Fails"
We should not have to log into the app to get outage updates. Get w the times AEP 🤷🏼
-- Biz2Biz, 2022-12-22

### *---- "Worthless"
No acct no works, no meter no works, no phone number works, exactly what does the app actually do, nothing!
-- txtornado2014, 2020-05-17

### *---- "A fee to report an outage? Get out"
Read the title. What kind of electricity company presents you with fees for reporting an outage? Despicable. 👎🏼
-- paulwm, 2018-11-06

### ***** "Convenient"
Thank you, AEP! Love having the app over having to use the website. Convenience at my fingertips!
