Everyone always asks how my home smells so good.

I’m ready to sue these guys for false advertising. Their product hasn’t worked as advertised EVER. The App is mind numbingly useless and broken and has been for over a year. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH company who clearly has no plan to rectify the situation and instead will be happy to sell you their products and scents under false pretense. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this poorly managed company, they’ll die off soon enough under their own mistakes.

Worked as expected until i updated today, now freezes on launch and no obvious way to fix it. Force closing does not help.

Launch another version to the app and now the app will not open. They still haven’t fixed the issue of using the app to execute a timed scent string. The app only works with a schedule. For the love of scent, please test your updates before launching them. You make me crazy that I don’t even want your product anymore.

First diffuser I have bought that didn’t give me or my family headaches. The scents are clean and crisp and last a long time Cannot recommend enough

The app and product it is meant to pair with do mot communicate at all. If you do some research this has been an issue since at least December 2023. This is one of the worst users experiences I’ve had with a product. Avoid this company at all costs. The diffusers are also incredibly loud when they omit scent.

I have had nothing but problems with this app. From logging in, to password changes, to adding a diffuser, I have encountered nothing but error messages over and over. I’ve emailed CS anout my problems, but I’m tired of wasting my time. I have two diffusers and neither are registered to the app because of all the problems I have had. I like the product; hate the app. Would rate it a zero if I could. It has provided absolutely no value.

I love the varied fragrances and they last forever! My husband is also a huge fan!

It doesn’t Save the schedule as scheduled. It’s way off. Love the machine and the scent. This review is for the app only.

We have been long time customers. We’ve always been happy with the products and enjoy the fresh, clean smell they provide. Recently, we had some issues. Called customer service on. Saturday afternoon. We got better the good service from Crystalyn and literally did not wait on hold at all! Issue resolved!! We had to call them 2 other times because we were struggling to connect the units and we got the same kind of courteous and knowledgeable help. Hats of to AERA. Thats why we have 9 mini’s and 5 large units.
