How are members meant to access our digital membership cards when the app will not work! We are losing out on the benefits of tiered membership when we can’t physically show the card details at the airport. Feels really sketchy & like a scam to offer something that’s impossible to avail of! Send members physical cards if you can’t maintain an app that actually works

This scheme is shocking, I’ve made a few purchases through the app & the points would register on my profile. 

But stay there pending for well past the pending days & when I contacted costumer service. They keep sending me to different agents. 
This is going on for what seem like a lifetime.

The shop now button does not work on my iphone and hasn’t worked for a while. I have reinstalled the app a few times and the problem remains.

Can now login to the app but can’t make any tracked purchases. When I click the ‘shop now’ button on any of the retailers it doesn't respond and I am not brought to the retailers website to make a linked purchase. It’s difficult to understand how they can get an app so badly wrong

### **--- "Rather basic and glitchy app. No Wallet support despite mentioning it."
I’m a bit underwhelmed by this app. It doesn’t have much functionality and doesn’t support Apple Wallet, even though it’s mentioned on the AppsStore.

I’m not a fan of having to register my credit or debit cards with a 3rd party to have them get my data to earn points. Why can’t you just provide a scannable QR code to use in stores?

Really don’t think I’ll be using this app much.

App functions well when logged in, however it logs me out automatically far too often. When i try to log back on with correct details there is often an error either with the app itself or else an error saying my login details are incorrect (even when i enter them correctly). This often leads to me being logged out for days at a time which can be frustrating
