Hotellet var lækkert og der var den sødeste receptionist, der hjalp med indtjekning og brug af app’en - super serviceminded og en skøn velkomst. Men’et kom først i løbet af eftermiddagen, da en fremmed pludselig låste sig ind på vores værelse, mens vi lå og slappede af i sengen. Det var utrygt og foruroligende. Men overordnet set var det et lækkert hotel med gode faciliteter. Der er dog massiv vejstøj, hvis man, som os, vælger at åbne dørene ud til.

Jeg har booket en hotel igennem appen. De har trukket pengene. Men jeg har hverken fået en bekræftelse på mail eller i appen. Så der er ingen steder jeg kan se jeg har booket hotellet. Men jeg har fået to push notifikationer fra hotellet der skriver noget, men når jeg åbner appen kan jeg ikke se beskederne.

Og AeroGuest er et dansk firma, men man kan ikke ringe til dem. Den eneste måde at kontakte dem på er gennem appen eller på mail. Og de svarer ikke særlig hurtigt…. Og hvad gør man så?
