App has a glitch
When attempting to use the app it asks for an email for receipts. When I enter the email it says this email is already in use. But no other option to proceed further or actually sign into the app. So now that my email has an account associated you can’t even sign in with it.
reCAPCHA
Would love to try the app but the reCAPCHA doesn’t work. I’ve spent the last 15 minutes clicking buses, cars, stairs, you name it. All I get is the spinning circle of death.
Excellent service
Very easy to book trip. The driver arrived much earlier than my pre-booked trip 😍 Clean and safe car.
Pricing is not flat
Be warned that the quoted price is not the final price. I was quoted $45 flat rate and then was told it was $75 once I arrived
Airport pickup
Hirander the driver was on time and courteous, I would definitely be using this company service once I return from my trip.
This app doesn’t work now
I just downloaded it from app store, when I open it, always notify that app need to upgrade.
Can’t make changes to prebooking
The app needs to add feature to allow users make changes to prebooking. The only option for the user currently is to call the operator to make changes.
Not working?
I can’t set a home address, work address or pre schedule a pickup further than one week out. What gives??
Great app and great Airport taxi service.
Great driver, clean van and we requested a toddler seat for our ride home from the airport. The app is easy to use and you can prebook a ride.
