## AES Indiana Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless App and Fraudulent"
DO NOT USE THIS APP - per AES this app is not recommended. Payments take 48 hours to post, and the site provides false information, (what little information it does provide) - DO NOT USE THIS APP
-- No AES APP pls, 2025-08-07

### *---- "Paying by App MORE EXPENSIVE and Doesn’t Work"
TWO major issues: 1.) When paying by AES app, you must use a credit or debit card, which incurs an additional fee. You cannot pay by bank account on the app to avoid the fee. 2.) I have never successfully completed an online payment using the app. I am a tech-savvy person who has paid all bills online for 10+ years. I have updated the app, tried on different devices, and restarted my device. The app simply does not work. I have called the customer service line to pay my bill every single time.
-- NoNicknameThisisstupid2459, 2025-06-08

### *---- "Accessing the website"
I agree that the website is terrible. I have deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. I can’t get it to access my account
-- Sla64, 2025-04-30

### *---- "APP DOES NOT WORK"
This app never works. I can use my credentials to login vis the mobile web but receive an error when I try logging in via the app. I’ve had the app downloaded for at least a month now. I thought that there would be an update to resolve. There hasn’t been one. I wouldn’t waste your time until you see that an update has come out since this review.
-- babyboy72836, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Junk app for junk service"
Can’t sign in with my phone number which is how they opt to sign in.
-- Ollieoxenfrei, 2024-11-08

### *---- "AES is HORRIBLE!"
Ever since we had the switch over, paying my bill is ridiculously difficult. I have technical difficulties paying on the phone. It doesn’t “remember” my form of payment despite using the same method of payment for years. I am told there’s an error even after typing in all the information for the umpteenth time. Try for the millionth time to log into the app. Can’t seem to get in there either. Do they want my money or not???
-- Anita's Mama, 2024-02-29

### *---- "Worthless trash"
App doesn't even allow me to sign in, says cannot connect to the internet even tho I just downloaded it 30 seconds prior
-- JJ6625, 2024-02-12

### *---- "Physical form of useless"
In your mind, what were you thinking when you made this app
You absolutely failed
How do you have so much money and you failed is ridiculous
It goes to show that you people are doing some ill minded things with the money that we turn over to you in exchange for power
You don’t even have nothing set up correctly

Yeah, you failed.
-- legaceybeats, 2024-01-06

### *---- "Update broke app"
App won’t update past Oct since AES retail last year
-- Da Boy 05, 2024-01-03

### **--- "New Acct Number Won’t Load"
Ever since we all received new act numbers the app has not updated! The app is still stuck on the Oct billing cycle so I cannot use the app to look at my bills or track my payments. Very frustrating!
