Access workouts around the clock—anytime, anywhere. Our digital workouts can be done anywhere you are, helping your goals stay within reach and keep you on track wherever life takes you. You can modify your workouts by duration, location, and intensity plus you’re able to connect the AF App with the Apple Health App to track your progress and activity all in one place.
