refund

it cannot refund the money although i cancel in 15 min and when i ask them that before 48h can get all refund and before 24h can get half refund but i just book for yesterday it mean if i dont book earlier i get nothing

unresponsive customer service

might as well dont have any customer support option if the only thing you have is a silly chatbot and an unresponsive whatsapp 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Money sucking app

AFA went from a good booking platform, into a money sucking app now. And here’s why: Initially, you can pay via any method (FPX, e-Wallet, Credit/Debit card, or through AFA wallet credit) without surcharge at all. Now you will be charge RM1 per transaction if you pay with any method besides their own wallet credit And they restrict the amount you can top up into their Wallet credit in the multiple of RM50. It used to be any amount

Yet to received refund

Booked a tennis court at UM via the app. But the court lighting is not working. I find out that it’s not working for months yet they still allow for booking. Ask for refund from customer service via whatsapp (from Feb 2023) said will refund but still haven’t receive until today 10/8/2023. Keep mentioning will refund, ask my bank details yet no refund receive yet despite contacting them MANY TIMES. One of the WORST customer service experience!!

Real Test For Patience

While the intentions of this app are for sure useful, please try to make the app more user-friendly. It froze countless times while I tried to create a new activity and also at payment.

Invoice

It would be a great pleasure if you could provide the client with invoice in pdf form

Cancellation

Not able to revert if there are any false cancellation been done and AFA not able to revert back. The court operator reopen the court and rent out for double profit because cancellation done less than 24 hours has no refund

AFA good booking app

AFA app has progressed and done very well in helping us sports enthusiasts in booking of facilities.
