The Affiliated Dealer App is the best way to access Affiliated accounts when dealers or technicians are in the field – improving customer service while increasing your productivity. The app is the easiest way to put accounts on test, view a live feed of test signals and take an account off test, all in moments and all from your mobile device.
 
Search for customers, view recently accessed accounts and view accounts in alarm or on test. Within any account you can view site information, event history, contact lists, system details, zones and agency information.
 
Our exclusive DocuSign integration enables eContract functionality that lets you get end-user agreements signed directly from the app.

I’ve written countless reviews, and I feel you all are listening. Over all it’s working better, can refresh now etc. The loggin and out is still an issue. The app the company previously used would allow you to log in to the app and stay logged in for 12-24 hrs before it would reset. That kind of dev code would be nice. I’m logging in every site, then having to input the same info to put a system on test and off. I do anywhere from 6-8 sites a day. The amount of pw and login input is unreal. If it was cut by half, it be amazing and a time saver. Time is money friend.

They just recently updated the app and now it’s even worse. Everyday that easy stuff like putting a system on test is an awful mission that I end up calling the office, you get a bad review. It continues to be straight trash.

Cons: App is very poorly designed. When you are in an account the back button should bring you back to the previous screen not all the way back home to the main screen. App should have face for password. Dark mode would be nice . Load times are slow. Doesn’t always switch accounts even though you put in a different cs number so you end up putting the previous account on
Test. As far as affiliated monitoring company themselves not good. I have banks that put accounts on test and then they are getting dispatched on while testing holdups.  Pros: Having your previously opened accounts in a list is nice.
