All the described before issues happened to me. Except that I tried to contact tech support. Which told me to try to clean cookies or use another device to sign in (very helpful, especially after I did all of this before contact support) We did not succeed of course. Later I get an email that they will take a look of the problem but they have no terms for giving a feedback. So may be never 👍🏼
