## Afflo Description
Afflo is designed like a printed journal: cream paper, ink-dark serif
type, small editorial flourishes. The opposite of a cluttered
Silicon Valley dashboard. We made it this way on purpose — because
people with ADHD don't need more noise.

  — 10 categories, tuned for ADHD lived experience —

  - Self-compassion — for the days the inner critic is loud
  - Executive function — focus, follow-through, planning
  - Emotional regulation — RSD, overwhelm, big feelings
  - Self-esteem — past the comparison spiral
  - Neurodivergent identity — for owning who you are
  - Focus & attention — for the scattered hours
  - Initiation & productivity — for when starting is the wall
  - Relationships — for the friendships that take work
  - Daily resilience — small reps that compound
  - Time management — without the shame loop
