Just why?!
Why does this app say it works on Apple Watch when it clearly doesn’t……!!? The Watch microphone is not sensitive enough to pick up the strings, the iphone app works fine if you want to use this app on the iphone, but it is inconsistent/defunct on the Watch app, perhaps tuning 1 string and then not picking up any more. I have tried: holding my watch as close as possible to the strings (and at a variety of different differences too); completely dampening all the other strings whilst playing a note; tuning in a completely quiet room; buying the premium version and changing the noise filter option to every different option; making sure the microphone is definitely turned on on the Watch …. What more could I do? I really really want this to work as it’s the only tuner app on the Watch that has even remotely picked up a note, but it’s not fit for purpose as it is. Are you going to fix this or should I just delete the app and continue to use Cleartune on my phone instead?
