The app is so easy to use. It walks you through every step and makes it simple to file.

It was so easy even for this tech challenged person!
horrible
takes 5 min to open the GD app. then if you happen to be able to submit a claim they deny it. try to add a receipt? it closes the active expense. try to get more info… closes the active expense. this is intentional design. so that they wont have to pay out.
Slow to load; tedious to fill out
Not all pleased with this process, especially if I have to submit the same claims 4 times with documentation. Not sure who reviews the submissions: a real person or some health insurance AI. Even on my home WiFi, this app takes a long time to open the reimbursement form. 1. Immediate reimbursement. LOL. Not 2. Date field. Carefully tap the correct date because you cannot edit this. And you will have to wait for the app to load again. Also, the cursor seems to get stuck, even as I repeatedly tap on another field. 3. The “whom to pay” field is unnecessary. Reimbursement means I paid, now give me back my money. 4. Account number field also seems unnecessary. I had to log into my own account to even get to this form. 5. When attempting to go to the next page, the cursor gets stuck on the account number field. I refuse to have the card. I refuse to pay $5 monthly to access my own money. And then use this app to submit documents anyways.

Overall easy to use. Some of the fields are difficult to type into or stay in. Would be better to be able to copy and paste more.

American Fidelity has made it so easy to file a claim. Thanks for making a difficult disease easier by making its progress for getting the insurance money so easy.
Disability Review
The process was very easy and every time my husband or myself called someone answered. They were very helpful respectful of our time and made the process easy. The app is extremely user friendly and everything is easy to navigate.
