Can you imagine investing (treasury bills which are the safest) and both the returns plus principal is lower than initial amount and they still take withdrawal fees after taking deposit fees. I have lost a lot in this app for nothing. The only good thing is customer service which gave you a star at least.

I received an advertisement for this app on TikTok, and this will be the last time I take investment advice from TikTok influencers. 1.I transferred 20,000 from my Access Bank account to the fund wallet, but I only received 19,890. I have no idea where the rest of the money went, and there were no proper notifications about this. 2.I attempted to purchase shares, but for over three days, I’ve been encountering a strange error. As a developer, I can tell that the app’s user experience was not well-considered because the errors I’m encountering are developer errors that users should not be seeing. 3.It’s been over 12 hours now, and I’ve been trying to withdraw my money and delete the app. However, my money is still pending. 4.The app lacks a phone number for customer support; they have only provided a messaging system, which I doubt anyone will respond to.

Please a feature to lock your app with either finger print, password, passcode or even Face ID should be implemented asap. Each time I open my app I just go straight to my dashboard meaning if another person get my phone he/she will have direct access to my portfolio/account. This is not nice.
