Disappointing
Afterpay was easy to use and helpful at the beginning. I was pleased when they upgraded the limit without my request. However, i get very disappointed when they freeze my account for no reason. I never pay late for all the invoices. So sad.

I love this app as it help me a lot
No loyalty to anyone
I have been an upstanding customer of AP since the early days of BNPL and I have always been very responsible and paid on-time for 99.99% of my custom it has only been one week in the last decade that I’ve been late paying a couple of payments only to get my availability of funds to ZERO even though I’ve since caught up on my payments… very sad to see this.. I will never be using Afterpay again.
Terrible Support
They’re quick demanding for money when you owe them a payment. But as soon as you’re due a refund from them, it’s DAYS to get a reply from their support, and they only reply ONCE per day. And offer no help than “Go ask your bank”. Interesting the difference they act when it’s on the other foot. PAYPAL is FAR superior for support. You can message them and get a reply within an hour, and get consistent replies and support until the problem is resolved. AFTERPAY are very amateurish. Don’t recommend, you’ve been warned…
Sometimes!
I like Afterpay , but I find quirky to sign in . The app just will not open until I delete and re load Great when it works -,which is most of the time v. Embarrassing to have to go to PayPal 4 when I can’t load a/pay
I’m not happy
I have verified my ID 30 times now iv counted it. I send an email to get some help I get an email back saying: before we do anything you need to verify yourself like what fix your stupid app.
No proper help ,,, trouble making account
This is damn app won’t let me sign up for an account, it keeps telling me I already have an account which I DO NOT. I can’t even get ahold of a person to talk to about it, all there is are questions that don’t help me.
