Case tracking
They were very good at tracking my package. It gave live updates every step of the way. Very pleased with the service. Would definitely use again.
The app shows erroneous items
I have sent multiple messages to the app support to let them know the app pulls incorrect information from emails. When I order pickup from Taco Bell it shows as a shipment in the app. It’s not a shipment I’m just picking up food from a fast food restaurant. I’m not ordering takeout or delivery. The app needs to filter out fast food restaurants like Taco Bell, Wendy’s etc. All messages I get back are from people with Indian names so clearly they don’t understand the difference. App is OK otherwise but the support is horrible if they can’t understand the difference between ordering fast food and actual shipments. If some people want this then make an option to show or not show it.
