I have been using the Acu Check blood monitor for years now, and this meter is just such a backward model compared to Acu Check.
The lancets are awful to use; the lancet holder is flimsy and unlikely to last; you have to push the lancet into it quite hard.
This is a very retrograde step by the NHS, supplying these to patients.i really wish I had told the woman that I wanted to stay with my old monitor.
As my diabetic nurse said, it’s all about purse strings and these must have been bought very cheaply from China!

Is this issue not going to be attended to? It is really annoying that I still cannot edit time and date on any entries in iPad Pro. I am on version 2.17.0 no updates available yet. This works fine for the same OS on iPhone13 Pro and iPhone16ProMax

### ****- "Latest update broke my login"
Haven’t changed anything at my end, but it’s now telling me my username or password is incorrect. Did a password reset, proving my email address is correct, reset password but it still says it is wrong. 

Other than this, I find the app great. Very handy and easy to use, and I can maintain my condition more easily with it.

I’ve used the “Jazz Wireless’ for a number of years and find it really good. My one criticism would be there is no way to delete erroneous data after syncing (which happens automatically) to the device. This is apparently due to DVLA rules forbidding the alteration of glucose monitor readings, so not the fault of the app.
