With Agave Health, members unlock their potential while practicing self-compassion, empowerment, and skills development. By matching each member with a certified ADHD coach, which members can meet with (virtually) and text in-between meetings, members learn to use their unique traits to thrive rather than be constrained by them. Having a formal ADHD diagnosis is not necessary in order to benefit from Agave. If you are simply struggling with executive function challenges, Agave is for you. As a member, you get access to: Weekly 30-min video visits with your ADHD coach Unlimited messaging with your coach in-between video calls In-app ADHD Cognitive Behavioral Therapy programs built by psychologists specialized in ADHD With your coach, you’ll experiment with strategies to implement a routine fit specifically for you. Agave’s clinical advisory team has taught, developed, and implemented these methods at Duke University, NYU, and Colombia University. Remember - you don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to join Agave. While we are an ADHD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function tools and techniques, which can help improve skills in areas like focus and concentration, mindfulness, depression and anxiety, time management, building routines, organization and more.
