It’s great to finally have a budgeting app that caters specifically to the Filipino market. One feature I really like is the electricity bill planner and I’m hoping a water bill planner can be added in the future too!

I only recently started using the app to compare it with another budgeting app I’ve been using and overall I have high hopes for it. That said, I encountered a few issues.

First, when entering an income amount, if I accidentally double tap, the currency selection screen opens in full screen. The problem is that I can’t exit it unless I choose a currency, but the default currency I need isn’t even in the list. So I have to go to settings to correct it back to PHP.

Second, I’m having issues with salary deductions. Even when I manually enter my deductions, they don’t save and instead revert to the automatically calculated amounts. Even if I disable deductions, the app still auto-calculates taxes, which results in an incorrect net income. My workaround was to create a custom income type so no deductions would be applied, then simply enter my net salary instead. However, it would be much better if manual deductions worked properly so users could accurately track standard deductions. Would also like the option of adding non-standard deductions such as HMO premiums, retirement fund contributions, and other payroll deductions.

Lastly, I don’t find the app as intuitive as I’d hoped. For example, it took me a while to figure out where to review the income entries I’d already added (under Wallet?). It could just be that I’m still getting used to the interface, but compared to the other budgeting app I use, navigation feels less straightforward. Things like viewing all transactions, recording income and expenses, and finding information are much easier to figure out there.

Overall, I think the app has a lot of potential, and I’m excited to see how it continues to improve. I can definitely see myself using it more as these usability issues are addressed.

I like this app, but somehow it’s not easy to navigate. It took me a while to figure out how can I input my upcoming installment without deducting to my current wallet right away. (It should be deducted on the due date) and Maybe it needs to improve visually, and I hope there will be a pie graph that can show the summary of where you spent the money. I think it will help us more to understand our financial status easily. Thank you!

I love the application, but I can’t seem to save the manual amount I entered for the automatic deduction from my salary. Could you pls fix this?

As mentioned you have fixed it. Upon checking, its still not working.

Try checking it in Edit income source > Salary deduction > manual instead of ‘auto’, edit necessary deductions and save

Super love this finance app. I have been using a finance app since before so I can track my expenses and bills. I found some apps that I think are great but need subscriptions or payment before usage, so when I saw this app, I immediately installed it on my device and am really happy with how the app made it so interactive.
