Closed hotels is the app and no refund (don’t trust this app )
I booked through the app and got a confirmation e mail and wen I arrived the hotel is closed since 3 months And no refund given Very bad service , your money will be taken and no reservation u will get
Worst app known to mankind
The app is full of bugs and can’t even do basic things. It will stop working. First it made me book a hotel in the past? How is that even possible and they acknowledged their mistake but won’t refund. On top of that their customer service chat bot is filled with bugs!!!!
So Bad management
I have a complaint about the hotel and until now no one has responded to my email for five days

No support for customer. A bot will talk to you who knows nothing.
Very bad experience
I was booked a 4 star hotel with agoda app and the app shows the price BD 13.410 inclusive tax. While I receive the booking confirmation the receipt shows that I have to pay BD 3.300 as property tax at the hotel which was hidden charge not shown at the beginning, so guys be careful when booking by this app.
Horrible customer service
I am frustrated with this app . I asked for my hotel confirmation and despite full amount is paid more than usd5000 they are not providing me with my hotel confirmation number only their reference and the hotel doesn't have any records for my reservation.. the customer service response time is horrible .

My Opinion
The worst hotel reservation site, it does not deal with customer problems after the sale and puts substandard hotels at a higher level than reality. We booked a hotel that had no electricity and they did not accept a refund.
