Scammy pricing
Offering one price the breakdown and then changing the price for higher without any explanation. Find it very very non trustworthy and actually fed up with such behavior. Free hints for developers from a researcher: don’t build MVP and clutter it with more without structure to hold it. Becomes bulky and unpleasant. Took me days to find the price map and please always label the buttons…that’s like 101 in user experience science…build meaningful things you can be proud of and feel good about yourself. Don’t clutter the space with more cheap, lowest denominator products

Had a bad experience with the hotel and now Agoda
I had a really bad experience with a hotel I was staying at and 3 weeks later Agoda still hasn't dealt with my complaint. They have treated me so badly. I have never had such a bad experience.
