Agoda: szállás és repülőjegy

Can’t log in, can’t edit my existing bookings. It is a nightmare. I use booking.com i never had a problem with the application. This agoda app is horrible

Sometimes the mobile app crashes l, problems with sign in all the time but other than that it’s good!

They do not provide full information about the host's contact information! Sometimes you have to wait several hours at the site before someone shows up, if at all! Agoda does not provide adequate assistance to people using the accommodation! Compensation is called a "reward"! Their administrators respond very slowly and without merit! Agoda is not a suitable platform for booking, because the user gets the accommodation second hand! I recommend the primary "Blue" platform to everyone! We haven't suffered any atrocities there so far! We no longer book with Agoda! It's not worth the trouble! Also, several days of email exchange, about nothing, with no results! I really hope that this opinion will appear in many places, because I want to help those who want to spend their time for relaxation and travel in a pleasant and peaceful way! Agoda made these experiences difficult for us, and in return we received a profound apology!

I mean not only the app but the whole company! Seriously incompetent people. They are sooo d*mb their customer service agent could not even call an international number. He wrote me that he could not reach me by phone. - Of course you r*t*rd I thought. Because you dialled an extra 0 after the country code. If you have a problem they will never solve it, but just keep asking new things without actually listening to you. I am warning you: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very good app

Poor customer service. Reluctant to refund anything even the photos of the hotel dinning service was simple not true and misleading .

All advertising that's it: last room! Hurry! This is a fraud! Irregular!

Meg vagyok elégedve, de azért adok csak 4 csillagot mert már sajnos nincs magyar ügyfélszolgálat! Jó lenne ha megint lenne!

I used this app to book my holiday, when i reached my destination there was no heating in the room, the hotel was fully booked and the customer service has no number so it wasn’t accessible, after i reached to them by email they replied few days later offering me 15% of my money back as if it was my fault. Other apps would offer immediate assistance, highly not recommended.
