Saya di tipu, saya booking kamar di daerah bekasi melalui AGODA tapi saya luntang lantung di hotel yg saya pesan, saya coba menghubungi pihak PROPERTI setelah saya hubungi balasan nya sungguh mengejut kan, harga yg tertera hanya sebagai biaya booking harus nambah 450rb untuk masuk kamar dan pihak PROPERTI menyalahkan AGODA dengan kata2 "siapa yg mengizinkan untuk melakukan pembayaran di AGODA" apa AGODA sejelek ini ? saya mencoba menghubungi pihak AGODA tp tidak ada respon sama sekali SUSAH SEKALI, sampai sekarang saya tidak menerima jawaban apapun dan sekarang saya terpaksa ikut teman karna AGODA tidak bertanggung jawab. Saya ada bukti kalau memang AGODA masih ingin nama nya baik TOLONG BERTANGGUNG JAWAB, kalau butuh BUKTI SAYA SIAP KIRIM BUKTI BUKTINYA BESERTA KODE BOOKING, BUKTI TRANSFER HINGGA CHAT WA DENGAN AGEN PROPERTI.

Saya pesan kamar hotel melalui agoda, padahal sudah jadi yg saya pesan dan sudah bayar, tapi tiba” dibatalkan dengan sendirinya oleh pihak agoda. Uang malah gbsa di transfer ke no rekening, tapi harus ke agoda tunai. Awalnya muncul uang dlm berjumlah dollar sekitar hampir 600 rb. Trus tiba” hilang. Mana kalo agoda tunai gbsa dijadikan uang pulak, harus pesen kamar hotel lain melalui agoda. Dan banyak sekali hotal yg tdk ada pembayaran melalui agoda tunai. Pokoknya sangat tidak layak aplikasi ini, banyak uang custumer yang hangus. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Jangan coba” pokoknya kalau gamau nyesal seperti saya

Pembatalan dari pihak aplikasi tapi proses refund ribet. Layanan CS pun tidak membantu banyak. Sampai saat ini uang saya belum kembali! Sistemnya tolong diperbaiki!
