WORST APP CUSTOMER SERVICE

The page refreshed and changed my dates while im on payment page and then when i got to the hotel they let me know its on the following day when i tried to contact Agoda they didnt answer for hours so i had to book another day and pay extra just because they wouldnt reply

Terrible customer service

I’ve been dealing with a issue for over a month now, and I keep getting tossed around different agents. As of now, my issue wasn’t resolved and my money has gone to waste, and I’ll never use that app again

Hello Agoda, I arrived at the hotel I booked thru Agoda, and there is no reservation!! The hotel did not receive my reservation. It's 5 am and I don't have a room to sleep in after 12 hours of flight!! The hotel says that they are not working with Agoda anymore. It's a shame I need to be in this situation. I tried contacting you by calling, but there is only a virtual contact and your customer service is close now. how it’s even make sense that you don’t have 24/7 customer services. I need you to come back to me ASAP!
