This was an absolute disaster. I booked and paid through Agoda, received a confirmation and booking reference, only to arrive at the hotel and be told there was no reservation. Agoda took my money and left me stranded with no room, no support, and no solution. Their customer service was useless and slow, offering zero real help when I needed it the most. This platform is completely unreliable – avoid it if you don’t want your travel plans ruined.

I booked a hotel room through Agoda and received a confirmation right away. Everything seemed fine until I arrived at the hotel, exhausted from a long journey, only to be told that there was no booking under my name! I showed the hotel staff my confirmation, but they insisted that they had no record of it. This experience was beyond frustrating. I had to scramble to find another place to stay, which ended up costing me more money and causing unnecessary stress. The whole point of booking through Agoda was to avoid situations like this, but instead, it created a nightmare. I reached out to Agoda customer service, the damage was already done. This was an inexcusable mistake, and I will think twice before using Agoda again. If you value your peace of mind, I suggest you book directly with the hotel or use a more reliable service. Agoda completely failed me on this trip.

My friend recently encountered a critical issue with Agoda that has left her and her family in a highly distressing situation. They initiated a hotel reservation on the 10th of January for an important trip, only to discover later that Agoda had erroneously scheduled it for the 10th of February. Despite reaching out to Agoda immediately, their customer service failed to provide any timely assistance. The hotel confirmed that the error was on Agoda's end, but the app's support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. What's even more frustrating is that the error was identified within 24 hours, but Agoda has not taken any meaningful steps to rectify the situation. This lack of urgency and responsiveness has left my friend and her family in limbo, with confirmed tickets for a date that doesn't align with their intended travel plans. Agoda needs to address this issue promptly and reach out to them for resolution. This situation demands urgent attention, and the current level of customer service is simply unacceptable. I urge Agoda to take immediate action to salvage their customers' travel plans and demonstrate a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.

They canceled my booked form nowhere then they tried to reach someone to answer why they canceled it and requested refund they didn’t reply and I asked to contact the hotel and the reservation before they reply you closed the ticket while we didn’t get any confirmation from hotel how you canceled my booking then you said that hotel didn’t reply please try again and try to book that same on my money that you already take it really bad experience !!!!

This app haven’t any customers service. Hotels and apartments not available in same location or near of it. Don’t wast your money and trip to went to location after your reservation.

Booked a room payment at arrivals and refundable before certain date, once booking completed they deducted the money and give me a confirmation with mon refundable money!!!!!!
