Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels

我预定了一间大床房以度过假期，到酒店被告知预定的是两张单人床。 找到平台询问，平台客服回复：Agoda和供应商之间的系统匹配错误，确实是两张单人床。需要换房你自行和酒店沟通，需要支付差价你们沟通支付。 无作为的平台，明明是平台问题但是丝毫不给解决办法。第一次预订也是最后一次预订。住店结束就卸载，垃圾平台。

There chat support doesn’t give you the option you want. They control it by providing their own options. There’s no live chat support. Been trying to reach them out via email and chat but to no avail I got no response!!!!

We filtered 'Pet Allowed' and booked a hotel listed in the results. But when we came to the hotel, they have 'No Pets' policy.

I am a doctor and it is my first time using Agoda. Unfortunately, before my supposed stay, there was an unfortunate event in the hospital I had to attend to. I first called the staff for reconsideration, to which they said they were willing to accommodate my reschedule/refund if Agoda office allowed it. I then called Agoda, which even costed since it was an international call. They said they were willing to refund it given my circumstances and they would wait for the premises to approve. Unfortunately, the refund/resched was not granted. I do not know whether it is the fault of the hotel or the Agoda office. Just hope they’d be more considerate next time. Or at least not make promises/guarantees they cannot keep.

Y’all need to stop using this app. Even the desktop version could not do any better. I booked for a local 4-star hotel (beachfront) fully paid and real-quick acquired for a room-accommodation. Yet after 24 hours of waiting they just cancelled it! Like srsly, the room was even available on other hotel-booking app until now while their agent only told me that it was just cancelled and the refund of my money were not even processed within 3-business days. Totally frustrating. Cancel agoda!

Scammmed my 12k ticket, booked a round trip ticket to HK but when i paid the fee the details instantly changed. Was trying to contact their support but nowhere to be found. Worst experience ever dont use this app!

Unbelievable inflexibility during a volcanic eruption! I've never encountered such appalling customer service and rigid policies. I booked using Agoda in advance, and then, BAM! Kanlaon volcano erupted. Ashfall was imminent, and the local authorities were advising evacuations. I contacted Agoda and the hotel immediately to request a change of dates or, failing that, a cancellation. Their response? A flat "no." No flexibility whatsoever. They refused to budge, citing their "strict cancellation policy," even in the face of a volcanic eruption. This isn't a matter of inconvenience; this is a matter of safety. Their unwillingness to accommodate during a genuine natural disaster speaks volumes about their priorities. Profit over people, apparently. Agoda’s lack of empathy and complete disregard for the safety of their customers is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with Agoda to reconsider. Agoda should value their customers and understand that unforeseen circumstances, especially those involving natural disasters, require a degree of flexibility. For this, Agoda deserves a zero-star rating.
