Wow that was so easy I am with Agoda 5 stars to them

❌Agoda doesn’t value their customers❌

Poor services 😡I booked in a hotel a month prior as my best friend invited me to his wedding. Agoda cancelled my booking week before my check in date they claimed the hotel was fully booked and they will get me an alternative accommodation. 2 days left I get a bank notification and my funds were refunded without me agreeing or being informed about such.their policy states that incase they cancel on a client they need to compensate you with 10% yet I had to remind them about it and make my own booking 🤦🏽 Agoda had 1 job to do ,1 job

I’ve tried many booking site, but Agoda is far my best site to book, easy to use and offer lots of discount, I’m recommending it to anyone who wants a smoother booking

The Agoda is cheaper than most sites but their prices are fake they put low prices to convince you then change the price before you book and tell you it’s taxes and what not like that’s not necessary your already cheap you don’t need fake advertising give me the price as it is so make a clear decision,now I have to search again because the price is not what you showed me in the beginning

Room just been taken

Multiple times, the app allows me to get to the point of booking, then has a pop up saying the room has just been taken or is full. Same room, same place, same day. Annoying.

Technical difficulties.

Huge struggle to book via app!!
