Перше моє замовлення на цьому сервісі було у Римі, де пів дня не могли потрапити до апартаментів, тому що неадекватний власник називав не вірний код для входу, потім приїхав і ввів зовсім інші цифри. Друге наразі на Кіпрі, де готель Nissi park hotel ігнорує всі мої звернення вже тиждень. Мені дуже прикро, що ви не можете повпливати своїм авторитетом на готелі, запропоновані вашим сервісом, в той час як з вашими конкурентами таких неприємних моментів не було.
