I booked a property it has good ratings and the photos were great in the app. But in reality it was the worst property dust everywhere (I have allergies + worst conditions. I asked for a refund from the property they agreed but when I talked to Agoda they said no refund we can’t help you its so unfair. I didn’t stayed a single day in the property I also handed out the keys in the second day. WORST APP Booking is way better.

I have booked through them a hotel in Khorfakkan UAE. I found it very noisy at the hotel which made my kids unable to sleep. No one has mentioned that there is a construction near the hotel. They did not do enough about the situation.

Scam company! The Warner ticket you sent has no QR code, and I couldn’t enter. You cheated me out of 500 dirhams.

I booked and paid for two rooms via Agoda for 8 people, as we are a big family. However, Agoda only booked one room. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, they refused to cancel the booking for free, claiming they couldn’t contact the property and pushed the responsibility onto me to handle it. This is unacceptable. I booked through Agoda, and they should handle such issues. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced—unhelpful and unresponsive. I will not use Agoda again and will warn others to avoid such poor service

They showed one price and once I was trying to change payment it was increased and they didn’t agree to pay back the difference even though I provided screenshots.

Agoda has a big loophole and flaws where they show booking for some hotel rooms with 2 guests and when we do booking its unable to add guest and they take our card details and deduct the amount without any information of card holders. When i tried to inform this to custimer care they didnt even care to listen and sort this problem. Just trying to give room on discount but at what price when we have to pay to hotel they say do whatevr in agoda you have to pay. I wanted a senior manager or supervisor to talk with me but they said they are unavailable.. This app is a big mess and going to face lots of trouble in future I want my refund back and i dont want anyone to use this app

Please do not use this app! Terrible terrible app and worst experience ever! Of all the apps and sites to book out there why did i have to use this one. -100 stars!

I booked my ski dubai tickets for today using agoda and although their website says confirmation is within 30 mins. Its been an hour no confirmation. I called and their useless customer care says it can take 3 hours and if that doesnt happen then call again. And it will just be no use for me because the entire day is passed . So unprofessional plss dont try them at no not reliable
