Mình đặt home từ 18/5-24/5 nhưng agoda gởi lịch cho chủ home là 17/5-23/5 mà mình liên hệ hỗ trợ khách hàng vô cùng khó khăn dù gọi cho đường dây nóng 24/7 chờ 6 phút nhưng không một ai trả lời. Vô cùng phiền toái và bực bội

ERROR SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY CHANGES THE CUSTOMER’S RETURN FLIGHT
Everyone booking a flight and hotel combo should double-check the check-in and check-out times carefully. I booked a combo, but the system automatically adjusted my return flight to a time before the hotel check-out date, even though the combo only allows selecting a synchronized time range. I reported this issue to Agoda four times, clearly stating that it was entirely a system error. However, Agoda provided no support for the cost of changing the flight ticket. In fact, the change fee through Agoda was even higher than changing it directly on the airline’s website. WASTED BOTH TIME AND MONEY. I WILL NEVER USE AGODA AGAIN, AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS ISSUE TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH AGODA’S SERVICE QUALITY AND PROBLEM-HANDLING!

Financial Risk when using it, bad after sales service
Agoda did not resolve their issu after their service had problems with flight partner Vietnamairline. No refund processing even though the fault was with their agent.
