## Agrani Smart Banking App Description
Agrani Bank PLC, a leading state-owned commercial bank in Bangladesh, is a recognized forerunner in providing digital banking services to its esteemed customers. Riding on its strength of 972+ online branches and 600 agent outlets, a large customer base Agrani Bank is strategically positioned to add other digital banking services specially through app based internet banking services.

The Agrani Bank Mobile Banking Platform will offer a rich banking experience to discerning customers eager to use banking applications on their smartphones. This state-of-the-art banking application offers 24x7x365 availability.

On downloading the application, during installation the customers will submit their profile and account information through the app for verification by Agrani Bank. Agrani Bank will notify the customer once the customer profile and account is verified. The customer will then visit any branch to sign the necessary documents which will result into the activation of mobile banking account for the customers.

### *---- "Worst Banking App"
This is the worst banking app I have ever experienced. Here are a few annoying things about it:

1. When changing passwords, it doesn’t autofill using a password manager. If you minimize the app to copy the password, it won’t allow you to paste the password and make you type 24 random characters. 
2. It doesn’t save the language preferences. Every time you log in, the language preferences reset. 
3. When sending money, if you have only one account, it still wants you to select the account that should be selected by default. 
4. The user experiences are confusing. The has the same/similar features listed in 3 different places. 
5. It won’t let you change your profile picture. 

I used the app for less than 24 hours and this is my experience.

The Agrani Smart Banking App has potential but falls short of expectations. It doesn’t support receiving NPSB funds from other banks, though sending funds is possible. The mandatory password change after switching devices is inconvenient; a more user-friendly security feature like 2FA would help. Missing key features like bill payment and mobile recharge for all operators reduces its utility. While basic banking needs are met, the app needs significant updates to become truly “smart” and user-friendly.
