AHM is just okay. I like some things roll over. But I wish you could choose what extras you can use in full. Like you can use all for optical in one visit, but for other things where you might only have 1 or 2 visits a year like podiatry you only get $25back. I am not getting even close to my moneys worth in extras. If I could choose to use my podiatry to cover one whole visit then it would more stars.
Also for a single cover to add one child is very close to double. But adding a child to a couple cover is only a few bucks extra. I don’t understand why. 
App is pretty easy to use - but honestly I don’t get to use it a lot. I’d love to use the swimming classes but oh I can’t because it cost too much to add a child.

This is my first review and I can say no surprises with the ahm low review history. App development is not a new concept. Clearly your management either choose to ignore reviews or have a big marketing budget (at least more than the app development budget). And I’m sure that the management do not read the reviews (out of sight out of mind); that’s the way to do it. 

Ok, now to my ‘review’ point;
1. after a member submits a claim their should be  a record of the ‘unpaid’ claims submitted and, 
2. when a claim is submitted, this history can be viewed by members so members have a running record of all claims with their history.

I sincerely hope someone pays attention to this.

You’d think a major health provider of insurance would have an app that works. I can’t log on due to it not working. App still not working

Can’t speak to a person apart from automated bot. Can’t get any information from the bot outside of working hours even though I’m fairly sure that’s the point of an online bot. Seriously regretting choosing ahm. Will highly likely change funds based on this hopeless app.

Every time I try to lodge a claim in the app it’s like it freezes. It says it’s ‘uploading your receipt, this may take a few seconds’ I can wait 10 mins, the wheel keeps spinning and nothing happens! 
Extremely frustrating and I hope there is another way to lodge my claim for a refund!

The app has memorised my old member number and will not allow me to delete that member number and logon with the new member number. Every time I open the app it takes me to the password page and will not allow me to move forward. 

I don’t have the option to delete the cache either.

The app is somehow *worse* than the website, you log in, start a claim, select “contact us” and it immediately logs you out. When you do successfully pass this stage it just takes you to an FAQ, then loops you back to the start. Calling the subsection “contact us” is an egregious lie.
