Charged wrongfully for a subscription
I clicked for 3 days free trial but the app suddenly charged my card for a year subscription without my permission. I already cancel my subscription and I need my money back!

Auto deduct without permission
This app deduct my account without permission and confirmation from me.. now I have subscribed for a year, but it didn’t activate my subscription! give me back my money or activate my subscription! i can show proof that I already paid!
Need conversation history
It’s better if you have something like conversation history so we can easily get back to the chat we made.
