I’ve tried countless meal planning apps, but Tera is the first one that truly feels personalized to me. Instead of generic calorie counting, it actually takes my unique health conditions, goals, and sensitivities into account to builds meal plans that make sense for my body. In just a few weeks of using the app, I’ve noticed fewer allergy flare-ups, more steady energy, and I feel like I finally understand how different foods impact my wellbeing. The AI chatbot is a game changer—it feels like having a dietitian in my pocket, always ready with evidence-based answers and tailored recipes. The Instacart grocery list makes shopping so much easier, and I love that it even suggests ingredients that support my specific conditions. Science-based, easy to use, and genuinely life-changing.
