How to Sync Apple Health:
1, Go to Me-Setting-Premissions, tap "not connected", allow AI Gym to access all of your health data, then tap allow in the top right corner;
2, If it doesn't work, open Apple health and go to your profile, tap App>AI Gym, tap turn all categories on;
3, After authorizing, your Active Energy and Cycling Distance will be synced to Apple Health.

### **--- "No option Apple Watch with iPad and no Peloton+"
The manual states it connects Bluetooth Cadence with Peloton + , but it doesn’t work. Other apps will work with Cadence, but not Peloton+ as it states. Also, the AI Gym app on iPad does not comply with the iPad’s orientation, leaving the user to have to keep turning the iPad on the stand. How is that acceptable? Take a lesson from every other bike app (Zwift, Kinomap, Fulgaz etc). Please fix the orientation and allow the Apple Watch connect to the iPad. If Zwift and Peloton etc can do it, so can Renpho.

Was working juuussstt fine until right about when I came up on my warranty.  All of a sudden the discovery workouts disappeared.  Was told there was a fix.  Delete and reinstall.  Now it flat out won’t connect.  Stinks to have someone who gifted me this equipment to spend so much money for it to not work right before summer.  Cheaper Peleton knock off IMHO.  You get what you pay for and in this case…not even

I woke up to see there was an update and was excited thinking that maybe they added some new video courses. Well, they didn’t! In fact they took away ALL the courses under the discovery tab! WHAT?! I can only choose from 3 on the main page. Come on AIGym this must be an oversight. Give us the courses back AND some new ones would be nice. 
It would’ve been 4-5 stars otherwise… I was very happy with the free content previously.

I was so excited to get this bike and trusted the brand from buying other products. Finally got all ready for my workout this morning, and what a massive let down. The AI Gym app freezes every time I try to start a workout. Now I have to spend another 30min to an hr to try and figure out another app which I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. Hopefully they fix the app ASAP and I will change my review

iPhone version of the Ai Gym app seems to work fine, but the iPad version won’t work at all.

The iPad app starts and connects to the bike just fine, but whenever I start any workout, the workout starts and then just sits there.  No countdown and the workout never starts.  The app seems to be frozen and the only way to get out is to kill the app and start it again.

Too bad - I would like the bigger screen of my iPad.

The most recent software update prevents the app from even opening. Frustrated and disappointed. It appears I will lose all my saved workout data and must now search for another app to use with the bike. The latest app update has a bug which causes the program to shut down immediately after starting up. It is very sad that the app has not been much improved since it was first released.
