2nd attempt and 5 hours later it’s still only spinning even though it’s only supposed to take 1-2 hours to generate your pictures. Half a day gone and no pictures, just a lot of wasted time and frustration

I uploaded pictures, paid, and an hour and half later I did in fact receive headshots, but, the headshots are of someone else, completely. Do not use this app. There is also no contact us or other mechanism to complain or get help, as other reviews state.

I submitted pictures, paid money and signed in with my Apple account. I got a confirmation after this process that my pictures would be done in an hour and now it’s hours later and no pictures or way for me to see my order. No email or anything. I refreshed the app…. Nothing. The app doesn’t have any account settings or way to get ahold of customer service that I’ve seen. This doesn’t smell right. 🙁 I don’t recommend.

I followed the instructions and paid the 8.99 and received nothing, no email, no notification from the app, nothing but a charge for 8.99 after uploading the photos, now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund and reporting the app as a scam. They contacted me with useless instructions I uploaded the photos paid the 8.99 and received nothing. DO NOT USE THIS APP IT IS A SCAM !

Yeah this works really well! Not every picture is perfect but a lot of them are and come out better than any other app I’ve seen. It costs to get your headshots but it only $8 and they give you a lot of them, I’m already using them on my LinkedIn right now!
