It would be appreciated if Al Masaood put effort in to fixing the bugs in the App. 
When I open the application to book an appointment, non of the drop down arrows work. Even when I attempt to request a different service, the app does not respond, it only shows a blank page. The App is not functional at all.

I was using the app for booking service appointments, but for few months now some of the drop down menus are not working and hence I can’t make appointments. Instead I have to call them. It seems that the app wasn’t updated for long time and bugs are not fixed. Poor follow up from the IT management in Al Masood.

I expected that I will have my current record with Al Masood in terms of my data with the agency regarding my car and maintenance plan. I expected to find the details pf my car and available spare parts for it.
